Insecurity isn’t just for women. Lots of men suffer from it too, especially if you’re in a big city with a lot of competition between men for not as many women. If you’ve been having some trouble keeping your confidence up and have caught yourself not wanting to persevere when you just aren’t meeting women as fast as you want to be, you’re not alone. Other men have issues with it, too, and the key lies in boosting your confidence. Don’t go too far and become arrogant – nothing will turn a woman off more than that. Nothing is more attractive to a woman than confidence, so make sure you have lots of it if you want to get laid. Your self confidence will make her confident in her decision to go home with you.
Look in the Mirror
Don’t let yourself get caught up in the belief that checking your appearance in front of the mirror is only for women. Men are just as guilty of admiring themselves in the mirror and there’s no shame in it. If you’re getting ready to go out and try to impress women whether you’ve met one already or are going out for the purpose of meeting one, stop and take a look in the mirror. Check your hair, check your teeth and check how your outfit looks on you to make sure you’re going to look as appealing as you need to up against the competition. Making sure you look good in your eyes is going to boost your confidence and therefore make you look good in the eyes of the women you’re trying to hook up with.
Give Yourself an Assurance
Talking yourself up doesn’t hurt when you’re actually talking to the women you’re trying to hook up with and it doesn’t hurt to boost your own confidence, either. If you tell yourself you look good, you’ll be surprised what a difference in your attitude and bearing it makes. Instead of saying that you hope you’ll find a woman to take home for the night, tell yourself that it’s going to happen. Leave your place for your night out with the assurance that you’re going to meet someone and before the night is over, there’ll be a woman in your bed.
Eat a Good Meal
This seems like it comes out of left field, right? What does eating a good meal have to do with self-confidence? It matters a lot, actually. If you eat a healthy meal before you go out for the night, you’re going to feel good about yourself as opposed to the bloated way you feel if you eat unhealthy, greasy fast food before you hit the bars or clubs for the night. The better you feel about the choices you’re making, the better you’re going to feel about yourself and the more women will be able to sense that. Women like a guy who knows how to take care of himself and if you can embody that, you’ll go far.
